If you’re going to grow rice, you should master the art of making delicious rice. When I started farming, I learned how to cultivate rice from scratch, and researched the best methods every day.
The most important thing in cultivation is understanding the condition of the rice. Not only can rice farmers see the color of the rice and number of stalks, but we can hear the voice of the rice.

Rice produced and sold directly by farmers

We make safe and delicious rice that your precious family can enjoy eating with confidence every day. Since we produce and sell the rice, you can see who is making it and where. Harvested brown rice is stored in a low-temperature warehouse and milled at our own factory after receiving an order.

Protecting the environment and future food

Tsubame Farm is a "reduced pesticide" farm that only uses necessary pesticides. Our farming method allows coexistence with jumbo snails that eat rice and stink bugs that cause rice discoloration. Crops cannot be grown without insects in the fields and paddies. The coexistence of diverse organisms protects future food supplies.

Since we started farming in 2004, we have been engaged in farming with the desire to produce rice that brings smiles to our tables. In pursuit of the kind of rice our customers want, we follow the three mottos of striving for good taste, maintaining safety, and making prices affordable.
In recent years, food crises due to climate change and conflicts have become a hot topic. We believe that agriculture, now and in the past, has always walked hand in hand with nature, and that the choices we make to protect the environment are linked to protecting food for the future.
